The Millenium Society
Alexander & Sons has its roots in The Millenium Society, a shared learning cooperative founded in 1969 by a small group of quality-oriented orthodontists. These men had developed large practices during the early years of orthodontics, and now sought to improve the industry and their collective endeavors by sharing information and management techniques.

Our Family Business
Ken has spent more than 40 years improving and perfecting their orthodontic management methods and has passed his learnings down to his sons, Ryan and Steven, who carry on a tradition of integrity, experience, and time-tested knowledge. They have worked with over 1500 practices in nearly every state and overseas, and strive to raise the bar at every opportunity – not only for their clients, but for the orthodontic industry as a whole.
